Guilford, Conn. – Applications to join the East Coast Elite League are now being accepted. Now is the time to join the highly competitive, fast-growing league with fingerprints all over North America.
Founded in 2014, the East Coast Elite League (ECEL) is a four-showcase series that will provide maximum exposure for its member organizations and their players by playing in top venues along the East Coast. Encompassing the 18U, 16U and 15U divisions and represented by several of the top hockey organizations across the country, the ECEL is the premier showcase series in the United States, unmatched in its format and exposure opportunities.
The ECEL schedule includes four weekend showcases at various venues with each team playing a standard four-game schedule at each of the events. In addition, there is a mid-season All-Star Game event showcasing the best that the league has to offer at prestigious venues. In prior years, these venues have included Harvard University, Yale University, Northeastern University, and UMass-Lowell. Each of the ECEL events are highly scouted by NHL, NCAA DI and DII scouts from across North America.
