Charles-Edward Tardif has committed to play for Michigan Tech (NCAA D1)

Guilford, Conn., - The Ontario Hockey Academy of the East Coast Elite League (ECEL) is pleased to announce that forward Charles-Edward Tardif has committed to play NCAA Division 1 college hockey for Michigan Tech in the WCHA.

Tardif 17, just finished his second season stint with the Ontario Hockey Academy and first season in the ECEL. The 6’0/185 lbs. native of a Quebec, CAN had 15 points through 16 games during the current 2019-20 season, including 6 goals and 9 assists. 

He represented Ontario Hockey Academy at the 2020 ECEL All-Star Game at UMass Lowell, this January.

Prior to this season, Tardif was drafted by in the QMJHL by Charlottetown Islanders in 8th round.  He also played 6 games with the Cornwall Colts in the CCHL during the 2019-20 season.
