ECEL announces addition of the New York Aviators AAA

The East Coast Elite League (ECEL) has announced that the New York Aviators AAA have been accepted as new member of the ECEL16U Division for the 2016-17 season.

This is the latest announcement of the ECEL line-up of teams for the 2016-17 season. The current membership stands at 10 different organizations and 17 teams. Addition teams and event schedule for the 2016-17 season will be posted in the near future.

“The New York Aviators have established their program as one of the top year-round elite programs in the East, and the addition of their teams to the ECEL adds another layer of depth and top-end talent to the mix of teams already in our league.  The ECEL is excited with the interest we've received from teams throughout the country, and we are pleased to have the Aviators representing our league in New England,” said ECEL Program Director, Peter Alden.

The Aviators organization, which is located in Brooklyn, New York, has a strong tradition and fields a variety of teams at several levels. Besides the 16U Midget Tier I team that will compete in the ECEL, the Aviators also have a variety of teams at the younger levels. The Aviators have a long tradition of advancing their youth players to junior and college programs and beyond.

Midget Major 18 U 1998-1999 Tier 1-AAA
