East Coast Elite League | 2017 Fall Classic Top Performers

After a great first weekend, the East Coast Elite League would like to recognize the league’s top performers, both as teams and individual players.
 
18U Team
 
 Boston Advantage went 4-0 on the weekend starting with a big 3-2 win over 21st nationally ranked Elite Hockey Program.  On Saturday, the Advantage took down defending ECEL 18U Champions Hill Academy 3-1 before beating Boston Shamrocks 4-1.  They closed the weekend out on Sunday with a 5-2 win over Seacoast Spartans.
 
18U Players
 
Kurtis Lang, Newbridge Academy,  4g-5a-9p in 4GP After being held scoreless on Friday by the Jr. Reign, Lang exploded on Saturday having a goal and three assists vs Boston Shamrocks and then two goals and two assists Saturday afternoon vs Elite Hockey 19U Showcase.  He closed out the weekend with a goal Sunday vs 95 Giants.
 
Alberto Pison, Newbridge Academy, 4g-5a-9p in 4GP  Alberto had a goal on Friday vs the Ontario Jr. Reign before putting up two goals and an assist against the Boston Shamrocks and then a goal and three assists on Elite Hockey 19U Showcase.  He finished out Sunday assisting on a goal against the 95 Giants.
 
Joey Larossa, Boston Advantage, 3g-4a-7p in 4GP  Joey didn’t get on the stat sheet Friday night against Elite Hockey 18U, but was very active Saturday.  After a goal against Hill Academy, Larossa had another goal and two assists vs Boston Shamrocks before an identical 1a-2g-3p line against Seacoast Sunday.
 
16U Team
 
Hill Academy 16U was dominant in their 4 wins, scoring 25 goals for while only allowing 2 goals against.  Friday, Hill took down NH Avalanche 3-0.  Saturday Hill filled the net in an 11-1 win over Seacoast before shutting out Boston Advantage 3-0.  On Sunday, Hill beat Southeastern Elite 8-1.
 
16U Players
 
Alexandre David, Newbridge Academy,  3g-6a-9p in 4 GP Alexandre had an assist Friday night against Seacoast before contributing another goal and assists against San Diego Jr. Gulls and a big 1g-4a-5p night against Southeastern Elite.  David found the back of the net for his lone point Sunday against Boston Advantage 15U.
 
Tristan Therrien, Newbridge Academy,  4g-5a-9p in 4 GP Tristan had two points (goal, assist) on Friday against Seacoast.  Game one Saturday, Therrien had one assist, but had a hat trick and 2 assists (5 points) that night against Southeastern Elite.  He finished the weekend with an assist on Sunday vs Boston Advantage 15U.
