Guilford, Conn.—East Coast Elite League is excited to welcome College Hockey Inc. to speak to the ECEL All-Stars this Friday at Yale University! College Hockey Inc., founded in 2011, travels around the world to promote the path of young players taking the route of NCAA College Hockey, so that in addition to playing one of the highest levels in the sport, players understand that getting a degree from a four year university, will better prepare them for what’s next in their lives after hockey.

In just six years of existence, College Hockey Inc., has helped impact NCAA Division I men's college hockey through extensive marketing and informational efforts designed to raise the sport's profile and to encourage elite young players to pursue a college hockey career.

“We are very grateful to have College Hockey Inc. attend our ECEL All-Star event at Yale University and speak with our members. Playing college hockey is a unique experience and it’s important for players and parents to understand their options as they navigate through the process to the next level.” Said co-founder of the ECEL, Pete Alden

The entity is operated under the auspices of a 12-member Board of Directors. It works closely with the commissioners of the six Division I men's hockey conferences and the coaching staffs and administrations of the 60 Division I programs. The organization was made possible by resources provided by USA Hockey, through a grant from the National Hockey League.

“College Hockey Inc. is looking forward to being a part of the East Coast Elite League All-Star Game festivities,” Deputy Executive Director Nate Ewell said. “We look forward to sharing information on the college path and the exciting future that lies ahead for this talented group of players. Ingalls Rink is a beautiful facility and a fitting site for these players to showcase their abilities.”
