GUILFORD, Conn., –  The 2019 East Coast Elite League (ECEL) Winter Classic begins this weekend, January 11-13, 2019 at the Pilgrim Arena in Hingham, MA.

The ECEL Winter Classic will also feature the ECEL All-Star Games at Northeastern University!  All 24 ECEL teams will play regular-season games at the Showcase and selected players will be featured in the annual All Star Game, which is one of hockey's most prominent and popular events of the entire season.

The ECEL Winter Classic showcase proudly welcomes the following teams at the U15, U16 and U18 levels: Boston Advantage, Colorado Rampage, EC Spartans, Elite Hockey Program, Hill Academy, The Mount Academy, NH Avalanche, New Jersey Titans, Ontario Jr Reign, Seacoast Spartans, West Coast Renegades, 95 Giants, NJ Devils,Bishops College School, Nashville Jr Predators, Texas Warriors and Newbridge Academy!

The East Coast Elite League’s Showcase Series is designed to provide top competition and exposure for the elite teams, and organizations, throughout the country. The League’s members will compete in four weekend showcases, culminating with league playoffs in February of 2019.

The ECEL Showcase Series will complement the regular league schedule of its members by offering high-quality competition played at top venues and desirable scouting locations for maximum exposure to college and professional scouts. All ECEL showcase games will be broadcast live on LiveBarn.
