February 8, 2019, Guilford Conn,- Martin Moioffer of the East Coast Spartans of 18U ECEL Division has signed a tender for the Twin City Thunder in the NCDC for the 2019-2020 season.

The forward from Balsam Lake, Wisconsin has played for the Spartans the last two years. The player has made steady improvements in the last two years and that got the attention of people with the Thunder. But, they were also looking at the person away from the ice and were even more impressed with the player. "You can watch a player on the ice and look at his stats, but when you hear people speak so highly of the player it sticks in your mind," said Dan Hodge Thunder Director of Hockey Operations.

This season the player has been all over the stat sheet for the Spartans. In 41 games this season he has 41 goals and 63 points across all competitions. At the ECEL U18 level he is averaging a point a game and has 10 goals this season.
