Guilford, CT – The ECEL 2025 All Star game is almost here and 36 of the best players in each division are ready to show why they were nominated by their coaches for this event.
In the 18U Division New Hampshire Mountain Kings defenceman Jayson Audet was selected 1st overall. Mountain Kings forward Austin Patry was selected second, OHA forward Ariel Elkin went 3rd and 4th overall was CJR Goalie Shae Montgomery.
In the 16U Division the first overall selection was given to Atlanta Fire coach Curtis “Mo” Morrison and he chose Long Island Rebels goalie Derin Hallisey who has a stellar 1.00 save percentage and has allowed 0 goals against. Rounding out the 2-4 picks were Atlanta Fire forward Connor Wise, Atlanta Fire Dman Greer Difani and NY saints forward Braydon Kane.
The 2025 ECEL All Star Game will be a place for these stars to shine. Following the all-star game will be regular league play with teams looking for one last chance to play for the top spot heading into playoff weekend in February. Currently the Mountain Kings are in first place in the 18U division with a 5-3 record while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams look to better themselves. 2024 league champions Atlanta Fire look to stay at the top and finish strong but will have their work cut out for them.
The 2025 ECEL All Star games will be at 10:45 and 12:45 respectfully at the Cyclones Arena in Hudson, New Hampshire.
