The East Coast Elite League’s Tier II Showcase Series is designed to provide top competition and exposure for the elite teams, and organizations, throughout the country. The League’s members will compete in four weekend showcases, culminating with league playoffs in February.
The ECEL Showcase Series will complement the regular league schedule of its members by offering high-quality competition played at top venues and desirable scouting locations for maximum exposure to college and professional scouts. All ECEL showcase games will be broadcast live; a broadcasting partnership will be announced at a later date.
“This is an exciting opportunity for all those involved,” said ECEL Co-Founder and President of East Coast Classic Tournaments Peter Alden. “The ECEL allows us to take our expertise running tournaments and showcases and apply it in a league setting. Having successfully run dozens of elite tournaments and showcases, we understand how best to provide a structure that offers quality competition and prime exposure for our member organizations and their players.”
Founded in 2014, the East Coast Elite League is a four-weekend showcase series that will provide maximum exposure for its member organizations and their players, by playing in top venues, in ideal scouting locations. Spread across the U16 and U18 divisions and represented by several of the top hockey organizations across the country, the ECEL is the premier showcase series in the United States, unmatched in its format and exposure opportunities.
